What Is a Snagging Inspection?
Snagging is a detailed inspection of a newly built or off-plan property before you accept handover from the developer. An independent inspector checks every room for defects — from cosmetic finishing issues to electrical, plumbing, or safety faults.
Every defect found is documented in a report and submitted to the developer, who is contractually responsible for fixing it before — or shortly after — handover, at no cost to you.
